Flag Football
We play Family-Friendly Flag-football for ages 6 to 18. Our program includes an official NFL Flag reversible Jersey, NFL Flag belt and flags, 8 regular season games and a player’s award. This is a 100% volunteer coaching program and training is provided. YMCA staff guidance is provided throughout the season. This is a program to ensure players have fun in a non-contact football game. The YMCA Flag Football Program has partnered with USA Football and use the NFL Flag Rule Book, guidelines and coaching resources.

08/12: Notification of Team Assignments through PlayerSpace!
08/22-08/29: Coaches Meeting and Free Coaches Training
08/24: Practices Start
09/02: Entire Seasons Game Schedule Released
09/7-09/11: Uniforms are distributed at practice
09/12: First League Games
09/14-09/18: Itty Bitty Clinics Start this week.
10/31: Last Games of the Fall Season (Note rainouts are rescheduled to the end of the season, so could be later.)

Players age is determined by their age on 08/31/26. Must be 6 by August 31st to play in Fall 2026.

Perfect your game, learn new skills and fun as the Y Coaching Staff focuses on developing skills while learning the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship. Daily drills and weekly competitions to ensure skill development, team building exercises and games to promote the development of the whole athlete. Full day campers receive Lunch and 1 hour of swimming in our pools.
