Junior Lifeguarding

The YMCA Junior Lifeguard Program for ages 11–14 helps participants build confidence, leadership skills, and awareness while exploring lifeguarding as a potential career path or personal interest. Through hands-on learning and skill development, participants gain experience in emergency response, physical skills training, environmental awareness, and standard operating procedures. The program also focuses on career development and professional communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
