Who are Myzone Classes Designed For?

Our Myzone small group classes are for all fitness levels. Sessions provide the right intensity to take your fitness to the “next level.” Because your workout is guided by your heart rate, your session will be tailored to your individual fitness level. And, you have the support and attention of a coach to help you reach your goals.

Myzone Small Group Classes

HIIT Zone Class

Looking to take your workouts to a whole new level? Burn is the answer. This 45 minute high intensity workout will focus on challenging muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. Seven minutes of cardio followed by seven minutes of strength, core and maybe some more cardio will get you where you need to be. Total body movements and cardio will activate multiple muscle groups. This metabolic workout is a game changer to reach your fitness goals.

CIRCUIT Zone Class

Want to achieve maximum results and learn some new exercises? We will provide a unique full-body workout that helps you work all areas of the body. This program will help you move better, lose weight and strength/tone your muscle. Delivered in a fun and energetic way, you’ll love what CIRCUIT has to offer.

What Does It Cost to Participate?

Our small group training classes are FREE for Y members. Sign up on the Y App 22 hours prior to class start time.

Class Logistics

Required: Arrive 15 minutes prior to class time in order to get fitted for your loaner Myzone Heart Rate Monitor. Participants may use the 15 minutes prior to class start time to warm up or stretch on our one-of-a-kind equipment.

Not Required: MyZone MZ3 or MZ-Switch Heart Rate Monitor. We will have loaners available for class, however we encourage participants to invest in their own monitor.
